FD Maturity & Auto-Renewal Calculator

Work out the date to act before your FD matures or auto-renews at a lower rate — then set a reminder so you never miss it.

Calculated in your browser — no data sent, no login. Reminder tool, not financial advice.

Why the maturity date matters

Two things quietly cost FD holders money: an FD that auto-renews at a rate you didn't choose, and one that sits idle after maturity earning little or nothing. Both are avoided by acting a few days before maturity — the calculator gives you that 'act by' date.

Auto-renewal vs no auto-renewal

If auto-renewal is on, the bank reinvests automatically at maturity — sometimes at a lower rate — so decide before it triggers. If it's off, the money moves to a low-interest account until you act. Either way, a reminder a week before maturity keeps the choice yours.

Reminder tool, not financial advice — confirm terms with your bank. No bank login, OTP or account access.

Frequently asked questions

When should I act on my FD?
About a week before maturity — enough time to withdraw, reinvest, or stop an auto-renewal at a rate you didn't choose.
Does this need my bank login?
No. It runs in your browser — you enter the maturity date yourself; no login, OTP or account access.
